Cancellation of transaction
If you have the right to cancel a transaction, you can submit a request to cancel a transaction made on the website within 14 days of receiving the item, according to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 and/or the website's terms and conditions. Please fill out the following items so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
In the cancellation notice, the customer's name and ID number must be stated. When providing a verbal cancellation notice, the mobile phone number and order number must also be stated.
